My guess is they are ignoring this win because they were part of the censorship groups under the Biden Administration and still are today. The most confusing issue is how our media can continue on this path of bias without any consequences. Free speech is one thing, but controlled speech is what our media is pushing, and it is all anti-Trump.
I wish I had the answer to this issue, but controlling free speech could lead to other negative consequences. In today’s world, people need to use AI to double-check sources because so much misinformation is floating around. The win by the Federalist is a start in limiting the abuses of free speech by the government, used by Joe Biden and his crew of puppet handlers. All IMO.

And following President Trump’s election and the confirmation of Marco Rubio as secretary of state, the new administration took steps to halt the violation of the First Amendment rights of Americans.”
