This was a Hail Mary by the extremists, who did not care about the rule of law as determined by the state Supreme Court. They screwed up; otherwise, this would have been passed, which is actually funny. In the heat of the moment, without knowing their own process, they rammed this through after selling a lie to the public. Now they are mad that their Supreme Court shot it down for not following their own laws. All IMO.
