This is crazy stuff, and the DEI ideology has gone deep into our society as it worked its way down the food chain. Universities push unproven ideas they call theories to our K-12 schools, which they consider as labs, and our kids as the guinea pigs. The Teachers Unions come next, in full support of non-mainstream ideologies, especially since LGBTQ+ fits in this narrative. Our parents sit on the sidelines, as I did back in the day, while the schools act as if they own our kids. We fell asleep at the wheel.
Reverse racism is racism nonetheless, but we now have who knows how many DEI hires in critical jobs, and that is not good. The proof is in front and center during the Joe Biden Administration, where most of his hires were based on DEI. The results were catastrophic to our country. The Secretary of Energy, Jennifer Granholm, knew nothing about energy or impacts from windmills and solar, as she laughed about high gas prices. And then there was Buttigieg, who worked on making highways less racist as people tried to figure out what that meant. Most of Joe’s cabinet focused on DEI, not the country or the people, leading to drastic results.
The biggest failure, though, is that a SCOTUS member was pushed through, and we are now seeing Katanji Brown Jackson make some pretty dumb statements that even her peers on the court have criticized. Unfortunately, this is a lifetime position. All IMO.
“The implications of DEI’s effects on the intelligence community (IC) are far greater than Ratcliffe’s small release. ...
A core, ongoing problem at the CIA and other IC agencies is that DEI has become embedded in organizational cultures. ...
While presidential actions directly caused this politicization, DEI’s march through the CIA and IC, changing ideological predispositions and shifting behavioral norms, was aided by the fact that these institutions’ employees were indoctrinated at universities intensely focused on DEI and related ideologies. ...
..., Obama’s people, especially Brennan and DNI James Clapper, exploited them to push Obama’s DEI agenda. ... Biden pushed even harder, making it clear both that DEI was entrenched in the government and that it had negative consequences. This last point led the new Trump administration to act.
DEI has been encouraged for a generation, so DEI’s advocates are embedded in the system in senior positions, quietly waiting for another turn in administrations for a chance to reestablish DEI policies. ...
... The only answer may be a large-scale, politically controversial purge. A good start, though, would be for the CIA to stop hiring woke young employees already indoctrinated at politicized universities, for they helped cause the problem in the first place.”
