INTRO: To start off I am a retired Vet, USAF E-8 and retired IT Mgr, JPMC, now blogging for conservatives for eight plus years.
During Trump's first term, I retired from JPMC and started paying closer attention to the news because what I was seeing and reading didn’t add up. Mainstream media was reporting one thing, while conservative outlets were sharing a completely different narrative, which seemed strange to me. I was already aware of bias in mainstream media but didn’t realize the extent of the censorship, misinformation, and deception.
What really got to me was when Robert Mueller was appointed special prosecutor to investigate Trump for the Russian Hoax with a team of anti-Trump Democrats. The mainstream media jumped on the story without doing any research. Over time, they discovered the truth—that the Russia story was a hoax—but, like true progressives, they never reported it, choosing instead to lie or play dumb, passing up the story of the century. Yet some still call themselves journalists.
During this same period, the media uncovered the full story—Hillary Clinton was behind it, and she had met with Obama, Biden, and others to push this effort to stop Trump. Insurrection might sound like a strong word, but what else could you call what they did?
Item #3 certainly fits. Trump was the declared enemy and the rising mass to oppose him included: Mainstream Media with a reach of millions of viewers every day and potentially every hour. Look at the chart below, from SuperGrokx:
Mainstream Media's ability to reach millions is usually not a political issue, but when they work together, it becomes a powerful weapon. This weapon rarely exposes wrongdoing and instead amplifies false narratives. The numbers are staggering—false stories spread online gain millions of views while conservative news is censored. Years of misinformation have made it acceptable for progressives to mislead the public, and it's shocking that the lies have persisted for so long. Truth matters!
The networks and their hosts are fully aware of their actions. They can't claim ignorance, though they might try with excuses like, “I really didn’t know.” That’s not the truth. This was a coordinated effort, involving outlets like MSNBC and CNN. The strategy comes straight from the Marxist/Communist playbook: control the message. And they succeeded, at least for a while!
How can all the news from these sources be so similar and always negative about Trump? It continues even now as I write this. The networks acted as an extension of our intelligence agencies, feeding them narratives to promote and dictating what to censor. Completing this web of lies and deception was the White House, led by President Obama, VP Joe Biden, and agencies like the FBI, CIA, and DOJ. This was a full-scale weaponization of lies by a united front. And let’s not forget Hillary Clinton, the mastermind behind the big lie. Hopefully, there will be consequences, even if it just means getting her to shut up.
The target audience was those without cable, forced to hear mainstream lies on a constant loop. Add in the many conservative Americans who only watch mainstream news, and you get a large group of uninformed people who trust media that is deceiving them.
This audience missed the truth because this "circle of evil" was working together. Hillary started the hoax to beat Trump but failed, yet the hoax persisted, with Hillary continuing to push the lie, perhaps to protect herself. Hillary needed an accomplice, and President Obama willingly advanced the lie with his loyalists—Comey, Clapper, and Brennan. The final piece to control the narrative was the mainstream media, which was more than happy to comply. Add it all up, and it feels like an insurrection to me. If only the mainstream media would report it, but being part of the scheme, they offer only excuses.
The most shocking part is that our Intel Chiefs seemed ready to risk jail for Obama under the guise of protecting the country. Let’s hope they face the consequences they deserve.
The media's censorship, misinformation, and lack of transparency led Joe Biden being elected as a puppet President. This frustration drove me to ramp up my blogging efforts to combat the lies or at least provide truthful information. However, I faced censorship multiple times, particularly on platforms like Facebook and Twitter, before Musk purchased and rebranded it as X. My focus shifted to advocating for conservative principles and common-sense values, echoing the messages Trump often emphasizes.
Media censorship is still an issue today, but the truth is finally coming to light. Much of what’s being revealed now has been known by those who took the time to dig deeper, even though it was ignored by mainstream media. Many of the things I talk about today were already evident when I started blogging over eight years ago, but they never reached the public eye.
Here’s a quick, true story. When I began sharing what the media called conspiracy theories with my daughter and her husband, they genuinely thought I was crazy—they even told me so!
Whenever they came over with the grandkids, they would politely sit through my so-called wild theories and stories. But I stayed persistent, determined to share what I believed to be the truth. My family tolerated me, brushing me off as old and out-of-touch. After several months, maybe longer, they eventually realized that what I was saying had merit because they did their own research.
Ironically, they set out to disprove my claims about misinformation and lies. But, to their surprise, they found that the mainstream media was indeed spreading falsehoods, censorship, and misinformation. Thankfully, my daughter and her husband have now come to understand that mainstream media can't be trusted.
My daughter and her husband's peers seem completely unaware of what's really happening. When they gather, there's no discussion of conservative topics because friends on the left can't handle hearing the truth. Even many conservatives are uninformed. I rarely discuss politics, but one day it came up with my friends. One of them mentioned watching Good Morning America, and I immediately stopped talking politics because he believed the misinformation and was uninformed. He'll wake up eventually, but the point is that progressives control the narrative, even affecting conservatives who aren't paying attention.
Trying to have a conversation between a conservative and a progressive feels pointless since progressives believe the misinformation and avoid researching the truth. It makes me wonder if they're even aware of the alleged insurrection under Obama, where intelligence agencies were used for lawfare. Justice will be served eventually, though it may take time. While Obama may be immune, the others involved are not.
My daughter and husband, after recognizing I was right, have now become full-time conservatives or at least independents. The truth is powerful, but it needs to reach people who only occasionally engage with news, often from progressive sources that shape their views.
We’re at a point where the Democrats need a new leader to guide them back to common sense by stepping away from progressive ideologies. However, power is corrupting, as we see unfolding in real time. What’s needed are courageous Democrats to stand up for the truth, though that seems unlikely as they continue to follow the failed path of socialism, a historical misstep.
Some people seem determined to erase the truth of our history. Remember the statues that were taken down and stored away, and others being destroyed? Or the renaming of schools and sports teams to avoid offending a minority, like the debate over the Redskins logo? It's all a bit much, but hopefully, someone will step in and restore what was taken away by the woke.
Donald Trump has been addressing the chaos in government-run institutions like the Smithsonian and working to preserve historic statues and museums that progressives have criticized and replaced with negative narratives about our past. These monuments are being weaponized by progressives, digging through history to focus on anything controversial. What kind of society are they aiming for? One where people blindly follow the cause, right or wrong, like lemmings heading off a cliff.
Project 1619 came about during the peak of the wokeness trend sweeping the nation, aiming to educate children with a reimagined history of our country—through a progressive lens, of course. When I looked into it, I found it unsettling and felt it distorted our history. The New York Times spearheaded the initiative, with Nikole Hannah-Jones at the forefront.
Truth matters, and my concern with this project was that it seemed to alter history based on ideology rather than facts. After doing some research, I created a series of three videos to highlight the questionable information I felt people needed to know.
I found much of the Black history fascinating and learned new information that should be included in K-12 textbooks. However, the issue with this project is that it prioritizes ideology over truth. Truth is important.
The material is designed for K-12 students with lesson plans, some of which encourage an oppressor-versus-oppressed perspective. Nikole and her progressive team have created an ideology-driven narrative, implying that everything is owed to slaves. Did she forget about the Civil War?
Project 1619 is named because they claim the first Black person arrived on American soil in 1619, marking the start of our history—not 1776. Nikole also boldly claims, “no people has a greater claim to that flag than us” (Black Americans). Is this true? Maybe Nikole believes if people hear this over and over again it will become fact. How do you take a lie and try to make it fact? Unbelievable.
It's time to stop the nonsense of rewriting our history. I’m fine with acknowledging facts, both good and bad, as our history includes some dark periods. If historical texts are inaccurate, they should be updated, but not replaced with lies and the ideology of this project.
The 1619 Project is built on the false claim about the first Black person to set foot on what is now American soil. However, they won’t admit that these individuals were not the first to arrive on our shores. Not so, according to an article from “The Root a Black News and Black Views site with a Whole Lotta Attitude”
Truth is important, but not to progressives. You'd assume Nikole did her homework, but she appeared more interested in pushing a movement focused on reparations, using it as a way to persuade people of its importance. She misrepresented the story of the first Black person to arrive in this country and twisted the facts about the Black individuals who came in 1619. Take a look at this—it’s even from PBS:
Truth is important. PBS even mentions they were indentured servants, not slaves.
Project 1619 was primarily introduced in inner-city schools, seemingly aiming to teach minorities that they are oppressed while portraying others, particularly white people, as oppressors. How this approach benefits minorities is unclear, but it seems to contribute to greater division, which harms everyone. If children grow up learning this perspective instead of historical truths, how likely are they to embrace patriotism, conservatism, or even understand the Constitution? Remember Civics class?
Here are some examples from the Pulitzer Center, a key resource for teachers using prepared lesson plans supporting Project 1619. This should be concerning, as the goal appears to be implementing this in all K-12 schools. How would you react if your child came home and said 1776 wasn’t our founding? Consider this as you look at these examples.
Truth is important, and for over eight years, I’ve been a news enthusiast, always working on finding it. However, truth isn’t found in the Mainstream Media or even in K-12 schools promoting ideologies trickled down from institutions like Harvard, which speaks volumes. Pay attention to what schools are teaching your kids—things like gender identity, DEI, and CRT are failed ideologies, in my opinion.
I hope this message resonates and encourages you to seek the truth, as it’s not readily available in today’s world. While time may restore balance, many lives have already been negatively affected. Child mutilation is irreversible, and I can’t fathom how progressives justify such actions—it’s beyond comprehension. It’s all a façade to mask an ideology. Everything was fine with LGB, but adding the T marked a turning point for the country. To find the truth, you need to actively search for it and avoid following progressives blindly, in my opinion.
The biggest revelation for me is that we can’t trust Mainstream Media—they’re aligned with the progressive agenda. Similarly, we can’t trust progressives, as they lack morals and will do whatever it takes to gain power, all while claiming to protect their constituents.
