I don’t know who is running Iran, but it is not the politicians, but the terrorists who do not want to lose power. To lose this war is to lose extremist Islam to the point of barely any return because there are always a few embers burning waiting for the right moment.
Trump needs to finish this war once and for all and stop all the games of the terrorists. At this point, I don’t care about our original goals, but the finished product - extermination of a terrorist religion that does not represent the people of the country. Iran was primarily all Persians, not of the Islamic model, until the terrorists took control many years ago. All IMO.

CENTCOM spokesperson Capt. Tim Hawkins said US military “eliminated” two Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps boats that were seen setting mines in the strait, and also took out a surface-to-air missile site in Bandar Abbas, according to Fox News.
The missile site based at Iran’s primary naval station was reportedly targeting US warplanes, Hawkins said. He insisted that the “self-defense strikes” were conducted “to protect our troops from threats posed by Iranian forces.”
“U.S. Central Command continues to defend our forces while using restraint during the ongoing ceasefire,” Hawkins said in a statement obtained by the outlet.
