Hmm, sounds like socialist ideology at play, and the progressives are to the point they don’t even hide it anymore. They are broadcasting socialism from megaphones, and just as planned, they promise things they can’t provide. But the lemmings following want free rent, free food, free medical and free school. What a great idea: turn our country into a commune like the hippies back in the day, removing themselves from society. Actually, it is probably these same folks leading this charge, not learning lessons of the past.
I guess no one works in this new society because the rich will leave, not only cities like New York but others as well. And the rich can just move across the pond like some of the wackos did, only to find out things are not always greener on the other side. All IMO.
