The best news is the wacko from Wisconsin, Francesca Hong, was defeated by a moderate who was called back to run so this liberal would not win. Now realize, this is Democrats fighting against Democrats to try to save the party of old, but it might be too late for midterms. But I suspect the cleanup of the left will start after the elections, hopefully with the party of old winning. I’m talking about a party before Pelosi corrupted everyone and everything on the left.
The GOP needs to take this opportunity to move forward, but I’m concerned about the fighting within the party, just like the left. With Murkowski in Alaska, a true RINO, we know how she votes, and it is not with the party, and luckily McConnell is retiring. He had his day but failed by staying too long. The GOP needs to clean up and join together by ridding the party of the old guard. All IMO.
“In Wisconsin, socialist Francesca Hong — who wanted to cancel “colonizer holiday” Thanksgiving — lost to moderate David Crowley in a tight race that ended in the overnight hours.
In Minnesota, Democratic Sen. Amy Klobuchar easily won the primary to replace embattled Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz, while State House Speaker Lisa Demuth trounced Trump-backed MyPillow founder Mike Lindell on the GOP side.
Former NFL sportscaster Michele Tafoya cruised to victory in the state’s GOP Senate primary, while Walz’s Lt. Gov. Peggy Flanagan defeated centrist Rep. Angie Craig on the Dem side.
In Connecticut, longtime Dem Rep. John Larson, 78, was ousted from the 1st House District Tuesday by 46-year-old challenger Luke Bronin, a former US Navy Reserve officer and former Hartford mayor.”
