This is getting ridiculous, and it is time to have age limits in Congress or at least a medical review with the appropriate tests to show mental capability. We have Congress members in hospitals hiding from the public, and Democrat Jayapal has been voting as a proxy for nutjob Maxine Waters. Remember Diane Feinstein; she was incapable of making a decision, so her staff acted on her behalf. This is not government; this is fraud and a violation of trust.
Rep. Clyburn needs to go, relax and retire with whatever life he has left. But some people can never let go. Mitch McConnell is another one just like Clyburn. All IMO.
“Rep. Jim Clyburn, a senior adviser to House Democratic leaders, said Sunday that Democrats could impeach President Trump if the party wins back the House majority in November.
Mr. Clyburn told NBC’s “Meet the Press” that Democrats can advance their domestic agenda and impeach Mr. Trump simultaneously, if needed.
“We can walk and chew gum at the same time, and maybe do both,” the South Carolina Democrat said.
Mr. Clyburn said the party should also focus on adding justices to the U.S. Supreme Court.
“I think that we are in a position now that calls for some significant actions taken by the Congress, and we ought to expand. And 13 is a pretty good number,” Mr. Clyburn said. “A baker’s dozen would be a good number to have on the court, and I would hope we will get people on the court who will follow the constitutional underpinnings of this great nation of ours.”
