This is a massive win for the Democrats just before the midterms. What the hell are they thinking? If we lose in November, it will be self-inflicted like it always is.
Trump will slam them today, but the damage is done, and now the Democrats have a positive to run on. While the GOP is all independents as they should be, there is a time to stick together and a time to fall on your sword. This was not the time. All IMO.

Rep. Seth Moulton, D-Mass., introduced the war powers resolution that was backed by 14 of his fellow House Democrats, including Reps. Jason Crow, D-Colo, and Pramila Jayapal, D-Wash. But it was Republicans who helped put the legislation over the edge.
Seven House Republicans joined all 213 voting Democrats to pass the measure in a 220 to 204 vote late on Tuesday night.”
