This negotiation should only begin if the removal of uranium is agreed to. Everything else doesn't matter, so why keep playing games? I am at a loss as to how many times these negotiations go back and forth with tidbits of this and that, but never about the removal of uranium.
I'm concerned that this delay may be allowing China or Russia to slip in some missiles or other wartime advantages. Nothing else matters until agreement on uranium is reached. All IMO.
