We've been on this trip before, and each time with no results, so will this effort work this time? I have to believe Russia is hurting, and what was expected to be a short war has evolved into something longer than expected. Russia has to be running short on troops, given that it continues to hire outside support in the form of military personnel to die on the front.
North Korea is partnering with Russia, but they can't be happy with soldiers dying on the front while the other Russians fight from the safety of a distance. The biggest thing we learned about Russia is that their equipment stinks, and when needed, they fail. It looks like all Russia has are nukes, but there will be a time when those can be destroyed because technology is rapidly advancing.
Who knows what the future will hold for the military around the world? But the one thing I do know is that we have to lead the advancements to maintain our national defense. All IMO.
