While this is a firm statement from Trump, it would not surprise me if we have another ceasefire next week. But I think the games are finally over for Iran, and the stall tactics won’t work.
We cannot let this regime stand, or we will be here in the same situation in the future, maybe a long time out, but the extremist Islamics of Iran will not cave. You have to remember, for the extremists it is like losing their religion, similar to a nation of Christians losing theirs. So, the point is that this ideology goes deep and death in support of Islam is an expected act, with mothers proud that their sons died for the cause.
All I’m saying is this is a religious war, and that is different from a power play by communists or dictators. This may well turn into a long battle, maybe a continuous battle until Iran sees the light, if they ever do. All IMO.
