The EU is not spending on its own defense, depending on the U.S. Well, it is time to get the EU to step up, or we need to step out of NATO. Europe has a major problem on its hands because they are semi-socialists and spends tax money on hand-outs, many months off for childbirth for both father and mother, with pay and benefits.
It would be nice for us to be able to do the same thing, but we are the defenders of the world, and everything is coming to a head, and Europe is running out of options. Of course, they will scream and yell and say they want us out, but do they really? I don’t think so.
Canada, France and England are looking to build a collective to counter the U.S., and I welcome that threat because they will fail, outright fail, because they don’t even have a military capable of self-defense. The world is changing, along with Europe, and the next move will be toward the Middle East, with Europe standing at the back of the line. All IMO.
