Really? Since when does race override what the people want? This is an attempt to force a black representative to win by forcing a white Democrat out of the race. A Democrat with power from longevity in Congress is not easily replaced.
In case the progressives don’t know, the race war from back in the day is gone, and we have moved on as a country. Not that racism isn’t important, but it is time for merit to count over race. We don’t need DEI representatives in Congress, and all you have to do is look at SCOTUS with DEI hire Ketanji Jackson Brown, who is not ready for this lifetime position. The GOP caved and let her slip through the process, so both sides own this failed SCOTUS pick. She even passed after she stated she could not define a woman! To date, she has not even been accepted by the other members because her positions are out of touch with our country’s founding. She is a progressive trying to impact the court.
Racism is going by the wayside, albeit slowly, but we are making great progress that the left doesn’t want you to know. Racism is a weapon for the Democrats, or at least it was. People need to understand that racism of some sort always exists and always will, but it is time to move forward. All IMO.
