Is this really where the Democrats are headed? If so, they have lost their way because both of these folks are socialists and support the 20% of people versus the 80% on issues. So, who is leading this party? It seems the socialists are in charge at this time, and we will know for sure in the midterms.
Although I am seeing the real Democratic Party begin to stand up to the socialists and Islamists with anti-American policies, along with the super woke ideology of all of us living in a commune-style environment. That comes from the hippie days of the 70s, and that is from rich white people with degrees of all sorts not worth the paper they are written on. But these are the ones leading the charge as if they are minorities and underprivileged. Give us a break.
I just heard this morning from James Clyburn, a Democratic leader from South Carolina, about the Muslim running in Michigan and that he sees no people of color at his rallies. That is a shot across the bow. Also, Van Jones has said the policies being promoted are crazy, and he is not in for any of it. Hopefully this is a trend, although maybe we want the socialists on the ticket so they can all get blown out of the water except for a very few exceptions in states like New York.
The Democrats have little time to change what they built and are now stuck with for eternity. This is time for a third party of those who hate America, so we know up front their platform. That is what is needed to clean up the Party. All IMO.
“Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez of New York has climbed into the pole position in the early jockeying for the 2028 New Hampshire Democratic primary sweepstakes.
A new poll from the University of New Hampshire Survey Center found Ms. Ocasio-Cortez secured 22% of the vote among likely Democratic voters, putting her right behind former Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg, who came in at 21%.
Ms. Ocasio-Cortez’s support has jumped 7 points since February, while Mr. Buttigieg’s has held steady.
Sen. Mark Kelly of Arizona placed third at 9%, followed by California Gov. Gavin Newsom at 8% and Sen. Bernard Sanders of Vermont at 6%. Former Vice President Kamala Harris, the party’s last-minute 2024 nominee, came in at 5%.
On the Republican side, Vice President J.D. Vance has lost some steam since February, with his support dipping from 53% to 36%. Secretary of State Marco Rubio, meanwhile, has more than tripled to 26% over that period.
None of the other prospective candidates — including Sen. Rand Paul of Kentucky and Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis — break into double digits.”
