Woke is my determination. Delaware was a major destination for companies to incorporate for tax reasons, but things have changed. Given that this is Delaware, the home of President Joe Biden, they joined in his game of “woke everything.”
First, a judge ruled that the compensation for Elon Musk was too high after shareholders voted for it, so Elon and his companies departed, suggesting that other companies do the same. More woke decisions in Delaware along with uncertainty have other companies leaving as well. Such as Dell, Coinbase and others. That income goes away, and Delaware is a small state, so these impacts will be major. New York and Delaware are losing money faster than they can tax, which means more taxes on anything that moves.
Judges are the issue when they join with the activists and woke policies, but it seems they never pay the consequences for their actions, especially those of a political nature. All IMO.
