It is crazy to think this lawsuit would go anywhere, but then we have many activist Judges who have no problem violating the Constitution. They are not losing access to news, only the White House and as far as I know, there is no law that allows any media organization to force admittance.
This is a good move by Trump and sends a message that the progressives operating at these networks have no intention to report the truth and, for some reason, they think they are. Talk about being in the dark. All IMO.

Barrasso said, “No. I believe the press has an obligation to report fairly. When you take a look at this president and you take a look at the Hunter Biden laptop, if you want to really get into things, where the press ignored the reality for a long period of time, said it was a Russian hoax.”
