The Minister has it correct, Denmark is not Pakistan, and the call to prayer in the middle of the streets, multiple times a day, is annoying to those who don’t follow Islam.
If Christians or Jews held services in the streets, there would be protests, riots and violence in the streets, but for some reason, Islam is not held to the same standards as if they are a special class. They are not, they do not assimilate, and we can’t bend to their religion any more than we bend for other religions.
In the EU, women are being raped over and over again by immigrants who don’t assimilate. These extreme followers of Islam think of women as property they own to do with what they want. It is time to stop bending the knee for Islam. They need to be treated like all other religions. All IMO.

Morten Bødskov said the government will reopen an investigation into whether the noise can be legally prohibited across the country.
“The call to prayer should not be heard over Danish rooftops,” Bødskov told Danish news agency Ritzau.
“It has no place in Denmark, and you shouldn’t be in any doubt whether you’ve ended up in a suburb of Islamabad when you walk around Denmark.”
The Adhan is traditionally recited five times a day to call Muslims to prayer. In some countries, it is broadcast through loudspeakers attached to mosques or minarets.
Bødskov said the review will examine whether a ban can be introduced while complying with Denmark’s constitutional protections for religious freedom.”
