This statement is about using Iran's funds to pay for all the damage to ships or cargo, right after a statement that anything the Houthis do, Iran will pay for by losing a bridge or power station.
If you put all the steps of this war together, it is genius on many fronts, with all attacks primarily on military targets, not the population. How many other wars can say that? However, that might very well change when bridges and power plants are hit. Let’s hope it ends before then. We need to destroy the IRGC so the people can be free from the Muslim takeover 40+ years ago. I might be overstating things, but like everything I post - all IMO.
